After all these years I still can't believe I still see people falling for those get rank 10 in google or get your website on top of google queries and all that. What amazes me even more is how they claim this will increase your adsense earnings when it doesn't work in the first place. Fine I'll admit some people have actually figured out how to trick google but only after hard work, wich if used to acquire the same rank in legit ways could yield the same results. The fact is people use common sense if there were such easy ways to get to the top wouldn't we all be using them? Any proffessional webmaster or anyone will tell that shortcuts are not always what they appear to be. Especially when that shortcut benefits someone else. But don't take my word for it here are a few ways to find out if a site or program is just tryignt to get to your wallet: 1.Check the rank or if the seller is actually using their own products. IF they are see if they are working. 2.Do a little research before you folk over that hard earned cash. Find out if anyone speaks ill of the said seller. And see if they back their accussations. FOrmer customers know what's going on from experience, and are sometimes nice enough to let others know. 3.Make sure this does not go against google rules or other laws. As it may get you in trouble or your website. 4.Make sure if the said offer doesn't work you get a refund. Makes sense doesn't it? If it does indeed work then they have no problems in making sure the customer feels safe in their purchase. 5.Check out the seller. What their history other products they may have. Try all of these before you fall for all of those people who just want your money. Like the famous "link traders" where they think increasing your link popularity will also increase your rank. Matter of fact this is true however google only counts those sites that have something to do with your site. And if they are irrelevant it knows you tried to trick and you lose some points off of your rank. So if you sell dolls don't link a medical site. There are many others programs like this and many require payment of some sort though I can't go through all of them you can use my five rules to make sure the program is legit. Though if it sounds too good to be true then it is.

uniqueness is successfulness!
Many people don't realized the advantage of an orginal idea. First of all there are many sites out there that basically every subject or interest has been covered and published by someone. But let it not bring you down just because someone makes a website doesn't mean it's going to blow up and become like google or something. Also the more you know about a subject eh better you may succed at it. It's a know fact that if you make something because you have to, it won't have any spirit from therefore boring. But if it's something you have a passion then by all means go ahead. It's been proven that the subject you choose that you have experienced first hand is the way to go. Take me for example: I loved google adsense in features and profits which is why I write about it.You might ask yourself why talk about this? What does this have to with adsense? Well adsense is only a part of your website right? It depends on the website to have an audience as well as good content. Which is what you'll provide. It makes sense doesn't it ? No one talks about hate when they are in love. Go out there and no matter how the subject may earn you money do because you love it. That's it and don't worry success is on the corner.

What they never told you!
That's right! Many webmasters are getting suckered into joining adsense in hopes of earning quick cash. What they aren't being told is that it's harder than that. Though google adsense is still one of the best programs out there to earn revenue from your site, there is more to it than that. For example if you think you can just past the links in your site content and watch the money flow in well... In truth few people ever get that lucky some of have to work at it for a while before we get our cash. One of the few mistakes people ever make is thinking google adsense does all the work for you. Of course we all know that adsense has the most features out there and that it is the best in customer support. Still though if you have a hard time getting clicks off your adsense account, you are not alone. Truth is even though most people may find the ads relevent, many surfers out there have caught the anti-ad bug. This is due to the fact that most ads on sites always misleed you. Everyone knows free hats, free ps2s, and just about free everything. Wich in reality you won't get the said materials. So even though they see an ad they what to click they will not click on thinking that it will mislead them. This is partly due to the fact that many ads are circling the net with false promises. There exist no way to get past this except fooling the users into thinking that the link is not an ad but a link written by you. Though this is hard hence the ads by gooogle label that goes with every adsense advertisment. But that's why most people get more clicks by blending their ads with their content. Though they the ads by google they believe the links are not misleading since the sites are part of your site. It's like soldiers when they wear camo. They want to blend in as much as possible. Well try it and see what you get!

It's all BS I tell you....
Now I don't mean to insult any great writers and entrepreneurs out there, but the simple truth most books adsense are all full of nothing but what google says.
I realized this after days of searching for the renowned cheats or tricks and all that. I’ll admit everything I've written about adsense comes or is a changed version of what google already told me.
I searched and searched but couldn't find anything that useful. Now after weeks of reading just about every book out there about adsense I got fed up with all that b.s. Then that's when I actually visited the google adsense help page. And boy was I surprised! I mean there was everything I've always wanted to know about adsense all the formats examples the different positions that work for most webmasters...I couldn't believe it all this time I've been searching all around and the truth was in my eyes the whole time. Everything I've read in those books all summarized and categorized. After just a day I had read through most of the FAQ and had just about increased my income… well to 100%. I admit I had nothing but 2 clicks in my adsense account. I've always wanted to get more, hence hearing all about the great google adsense. But like any tool you have to know how it works.
After a while I decided to help out any webmasters out there who may be like me. Searching and wasting time trying to find the "secrets".
Well I am sorry to say you've wasted time and nothing but. There are really three things you can do to better learn how to use adsense:
- Check out their help page this is the most important and first thing to do.
- Second remember no matter what the world is full of individuals and unique people. So if the suggested method doesn't seem to work try something else.
- And of course know this adsense is to a lot of webmasters a boss you know the one who pays the bills. But to another few (including me) consider it a hobby. We are the true webmasters because when we find something new we study it embrace it and essentially love it. Because anything that makes web mastering easier like automatically sensing your site and choosing appropriate ads. Anyways everyone seems to have tried to use adsense as a kind of a job. Changing your whole site because of it and all that. Well if you do remember NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is more important than your sweet dedicated visitors. Make them happy and interested and you are done, anything else you get out of it is just a bonus.
Well that's it I hope this has helped many of you who wanted a general view of adsense.

Adsense formats...
Of course the formats, one may ask oneself how they really change your earnings. Many people choose to downplay this available option. They just choose whichever small enough to fit through the space they’ve got prepared. Well here I am saying this is just plain wrong.
I mean come on if you on the market and tried to sell apples wouldn’t you put the biggest ones on top? But some say the bigger ads just bother the visitors saying you’ve loaded up your website with ads and nothing but. But also remember a smart webmaster will not only catch the eye of the visitor but as well as their interest. Trust me if a person is into an article the last thing they’ll complain about is the ads. Actually they might glance upon the ad once in a while, while reading your site.
Capture their interest keep so into what you’ve written that they’ll think of the ads as nothing but optional helpful links.
But then again remember nothing is ever what it seems some people will respond to smaller ads better since they’ll be looking at your article if you were to slide one of the new goggle’s small ads they might think it’s a link from your article. As google adsense provides highly relevant ads. Check out their ad format page here. Also keep in mind like everything else in life it’s an ongoing experiment so try different kinds to see the results.

Keywords anyone?
Keywords? In order to maximize adsense earnings you must know which keywords to use in your meta tags. The density of your keywords (how much each word appears in your site). It has been proven that the more right keywords you the more adsense will get the quality ads. Though recently more and more people are trying to cheat adsense by making websites especially made to earn adsense cash, which is against the adsense rules, you should stick to an interesting subject. Making a site about mortgage just because those companies pay big bucks for advertising doesn’t mean you'll get the money you want. For you see those people don't realize is that those companies are desperate for clicks because not many people are interested in those companies. They all go for the most know and biggest companies. Also that many sites have realized that the mortgage is a big business and have done everything to make them selves know therefore crushing any chances your site may have.
Keywords are many times abused by webmasters to get the acquired results. They may overload their websites with words to increase keyword density. But in the end it serves by making them get less traffic and losing the few they had.
Keywords are to be carefully used as they were meant you see it’s not all about how much you can earn its how much you can earn and keep earning. Adsense or google checks these to make sure they are relevant to your website. Keep that in mind.

Google Adsense for Feeds!
That's right I recently received an e-mail from the google adsense team announcing adsense for feeds! It supports atom (the one I use) and rss feeds. I will post the ads on my blog feed(located here). So if you want to get an early glimpse check my feed daily I'll put up as soon as I get into it myself. Apparently to get the code you have to be in google adsense and just click on adsense for content and you will see an option for adsense for feeds. So good luck to any of you that want to apply! The link is here to the application(remember you have to be in adsense to begin with). All-Blogs.net

Advertising Your Website To Get More Traffic
The big moment everyone's been waiting for! In general most sites get their traffic from search engines, top sites, and of course for their content and design. A lot of people already know about search engines and directories but they tend to forget top sites. But I will talk about all them. To submit yourself to many search engines try using this automatic search engine submitter that submits to a lot of search engines for you and for free. http://www.submitexpress.com/ their free service is excellent plus they only need your e-mail. And you can choose not receive any e-mails from them. For directories: http://dmoz.org/ is a nice start. Plus most directories are free to submit yourself so search and submit yourself to as much as you can. Top sites the forgotten by most webmasters method. These sites require you to put some kind of code into your website, to count the hits you get. Therefore the more hits you get the higher you get in their top sites. Making more of their visitors view your site. I have no help in this as top sites are always local s you can try goggling this one. Now the last and most important part of all, the traffic. Your content, it keeps the visitors coming back. Remember top sites, directories, and search engines can only get you a few targeted visitors so give them enough info on what they want and they'll keep coming back! They might even recommend your site to their friends. As always personal advertising is the best advertising as family members and friends may rely and believe in that person enough to spread the news about your site. Also never forget, for those of you willing to spend cash to get targeted visitors I advise you stay away from automatic and generated traffic. Instead use advertising your site through trusted methods. Like google adwords for example.

All about SEO or SFO?
First let's start with definitions: SEO:Search Engine Optimization, SFO: Search Friendly Optimization. These two things are what most webmasters have trouble balancing. These things seem to always be on opposite ends. On one hand you have to make sure search engines can crawll your website without any problems. On the other you have to keep the site looking good to keep your visitors. These are all based on what kind of site you plan on making. A corporate website selling shoes in the real world might focus on keeping the site looking good to visitors. And maybe pack it up with flash and all kinds of descriptive images. On the other side a site about online products, e-commerce, might cut back on the images and focus on seo. I will go into both of these just in case. Let's start with seo. The first thing you need if you choose seo is to meta tags. Now there many meta tags generators out there for a quicker way to make them. But I suggest like me you make them yourself according to the search engines you want your site to better perform at. In short you have to study those search engines and find out how they get their content and what meta tags they require or may find usefull. Mine is based on goole so check out the source of the blog and those are the tags that google uses. Also a site that may help you out with your seo is: http://sitesubmit.ca/ they require you to be a member to ue their tools but it's worth plus it's free. They have many seo tips and tools. In your reaserch of the search engine don't forget ranking. Find out what they base their search results on and how they decide which results show up first when a user queries. Like google uses google googlerank and overall page rank. But you may hav eto increase your content on a subject in order to increase your keyword density and such. Second sfo. SFO is fairly easy to accomplish once you have the right info. Like many sites they host regular polls and surveys about what users like and their personnal opinions. It's an effective way of knowing your audience. Once you know most of your visitors like certain kinds of things you start providing them. Therefore pleasing your users and making a successful site. But never forget about the stalistics the users don't need to tell you. Like what browsers usually visit your site and what operatinf systems they use. And as many webmasters know firefox and internet exploer(leading browsers) have different rendering engines. So find out which most of your users use and customize your site to it. Also if the stalistics show that they have just about equal users use what we a splash page. To allow the user to show which version of the site they want to view. Two versions of your site may be hard to keep up but remember it's worth it. In one case one of my friends had to do four different versions. And keep them updated at the same time. But also you may hav eto balance the two together if you want them both. Though it is hard it may be for the best.

Content is king!
I've heard and use this sentence an uncountable number of times. No matter what kind of website your are running always remember content comes first. it keeps users comming back, it makes good food for the adsense bot. Always have a couple of articles that go with your website theme. Im not saying go out and collect all kinds of articles out there. No get ones that are relevant to your site. Ones that will attract visitors to read them. Or even better write them yourself discover the writer in yourself. Or if you already know you aren't the writer type get them from the many free ones from the internet. Here is just one of them to get you started: http://www.articlecity.com/ It has many different sections on a wide variety of subjects. In the adsense world relevancy is a high, keep that in mind. Next: seo.

Position, position.
Like all advertising agencies you have to remember that postion is 25% of advertising. What that means to you is make sure your visitors see the ads. Positions that work good in most cases are the top or left ones. But then again each person is different so remember to try different positions as your targeted audience may respond to some better than others. Google has again a suggestion on where to put them. https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/static.py?page=tips.html Keep in mind the best places are where your visitors will not see the ads as ads but as usefull links. So try to blend your ads in with your site. An example is this very site. Adsense makes that easy for you by letting you make your own color palettes. I'ev tried it myself and this has proven to be very usefull. But don't just try what I said and leave at that. Try different things see what makes more money for you. another intresting feature is the ability to choose different channels for your site. In this you can try to put your ads in different postions on different pages and track their performance individually. And of course never forget that different type of ads attract clicks differently. For example image ads and skyscrapper ads may appeal to some but not to others. If you want to try different ads on each page remember to compare them to traffic. FOr example if a kind of ad on a different page other than your index does poorly than the index it may be because it isn't getting as much traffic. Always compare clicks to traffic. Google of course knows this that is why in the reports there is a section called page ctr. It is the percentage of clicks compared to impressions. So use it accordingly.

So you got into adsense?
Congratulations! If you didn't get in ,slim chance, don't give up keep trying and use more seo. So you got in huh? Well welcome to one of the fastest money making machines in the web. But first realize that adsense is a job. You can't just stop working and take a vacation and hope to earn money. Like many jobs it's an ongoing experience, you have to keep going at it until you get that big bonus right? Well like any job you have to study something for it. Which is the reason you may be reading this. First you must learn and I mean learn all about the features it offers and the advance mechanics you have to perform. Yes, I know it may be hard taking an online job serious but it's going to pay off. Of course google is willing to help you out once again in this. https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/topic.py?topic=135 Back so soon? In all seriousness remember the goal, it will keep you going. After learning most about adsense also keep in mind that there are four important things about adsense:
- Position: Try out putting your ads in different places and see which ones pay the most.
- Content: Get as much pages as you can as much content as you can get articles are always good.
- SEO: Make sure google can spider your site without any problems since adsense spiders your site as well.
- Traffic: Always remember the people are what makes a site a site.

Requirements for getting into adsense
Most people wouldn't know what the adsense people look at to decide whether or not you may be allowed to join adsense. First of all you must have a full launched website, and I recommend many pages if you are to maximize your income. They also forbid any illegal materials on your site, many advertising agencies prohibit that. In all your site also needs to have some traffic. As the evaluation of your site may take days and in those days they check your traffic. Another thing you need to remember is that your content needs a solid theme. Not a high payig theme as many people just put up sites based on high paying keywords they see. You need to remember that you need trafic to get money from adsense. The list google has a an excellent starter for some: https://www.google.com/adsense/policies But don't just stop there. Research in ways to make your site better. Get as much seo (search engine optimization) as you can. Remember a lot of new traffic comes from search engines. Make your site clean don't oveload it with ads as that may get your application rejected.

First things first...
In this post I will discuss the why of getting into adsense. First you can apply from the main site https://www.google.com/adsense/ there you will find most stuff about adsense. But before you apply for one of your sites first let's show you why you should join adsense.
- First adsense provides targetted ads, that means your visitors will see only ads that are relevent to your site and to your ste only. Increase the chance that your visitors will find something that grrabs their attention and they click on those ads.
- Second adsense has perhaps thousands of advertisers just waiting to be adveritised!
- Third you can choose to blocks ads that you wouldn't any of your visitors seeing. Perhaps your competitors or inappropriate ads.
- Fourth after all what you are here for it's the moolah you've heard how many are making quick bucks with adsense.
But don't take my word for it.
